Alright guys. I would love to meet many of you face to face and do a two day ride. Spim mentioned the possibility of the central Fl area and renting a house. I am behind this Idea 100% Tell me what you guys think. Lets see if we can get it together.
 
PLEASE...put it on the same weekend as the Daytona Freeride in January. Id like to visit that on Saturday, and ride/stay with Thurs-Friday, Sunday-Monday. Then I'd HAVE to make it happen. Hopefully somebody has something for me to ride!! ;) Its gotta have turf thats all I ask.
 
Cash flow, and wife permitting, I may be able to swing a Jan Trip down there, Dec def too soon, I doubt ill have her running by then.

We could caravan if you are going in Jan, Matt
 
Oh I got skis for you to ride Minne. I have Four X4's that should be all stars by anyone's standards. I would love to get your honest opinion on where I am at with the tuning of them.

Subscrizzled. I would love to do this! As I mentioned, the baby is coming soon (Dec 19th), so it may be tough to find a window to go, but I'll try like hell!

one thing is for sure, my trailer is good to make the trip, i replaced both sets of bearings like 2 months ago

Shoot, that reminds me- I want to do the bearings in my trailer before going too far with it. They're a bit noisy. When I got it, they were ridiculously loud, put the grease gun to them and each side took like 16-18 pumps before I saw any movement in there! Like I always laugh about, the ad said "mechanic owned, well maintained lol...
 
looks like 2 people are interested for jan, I would prefer not Dec 28-Jan 7, i'll be out of country, but I'm good for dec or jan
 
yes, avoid xmas weekend and new years, but freeride weekend wouldn't bother me.
but its a tad risky in January, might be cold as hell (at least by Florida standards)
 
I'm good with both December and January. Should have 3 operational skis by then if anyone from out of the area needs a ride, but it sounds like Matt's offer can't be beat.

What weekend is this ride. I might be able to join in. Jan. is slow at work, but a new possible job is on the horizon.

finding a house to rent during an event in Daytona might be a little tough, but maybe some "snowbirds" will be away.....:) I have a house we could use but it's in Bradenton...... A TAD WAY TOO FAR to drive to Daytona.

F it, we have couches and room here in Port Charlotte LMAO..

oh no you don't ! very few wives tolerate that ! lol

but if its in central florida there are houses and condo/hotels to rent everywhere,,, personally i prefer a house since the ski's will be safer, and I won't be waking up every two hours to look in the parking lot of the hotel to see if my ski is still there !
