You could get marine grade vinyl at fabric store and do it yourself.
Or pm minnetonka for a jet trim seat cover which looks awesome! I think if you mention his group you'll get discount.
Also, if you send them the seat I think they put it on for free.
Shipping may be expensive from Canada though......

Theres another company that makes custom seat covers with designs but can't remember name.

Here is my custom made seat from blacktip. It just stretches over the old one and you staple it on. I cant really compair it to the other seats jettrim hydro-turf etc. I got mine black friday 50% off so that was my number 1 reason why I choose it. Im happy with it espically for the price but you get what you pay for

I got a custom seat cover from BlackTip a couple of years ago, it's held up really well, it still looks new. I also got it on their black Friday sale.

I removed the old cover before installing the new one. Use Arrow T5 stainless steel staples, and air stapler, you should install the cover on a warm day or use a heat gun.

I would take lou's advice his seat looks better then mine. I just seen instructions that i got was just put over old cover. I used stainless staples, heat gun and 3 people. Hope my wrinkle in front goes away after sun sits on it

what's the heat have to do with installing the seat?

It's just the nature of vinyl, you need to stretch it to get a good fit, heat makes the vinyl expand so if you don't have it stretched tight the cover fit will be loose.

black tip is a good choice, but not the best quality, just good quality for the money.

i'd vote jet trim #1
mline #2 but that's based on what i've been told not actually seen first hand
blacktip #3.
still a good choice tho.

Tim is absolutely correct, I would say Black Tip and Hydro Turf is as good as OEM, and Jet Trim is definitely better. But when you can get the Black Tip at half price it's hard to beat, and realistically on a 16 year old ski how long do you need it to last?
