oil injection pump sync question?

I got my ski running great now after a mess with a carb rebuild, I had one of the little hinge pins from the needle arm not correctly in its slot and it was causing a leak. It's just A Bit rich on oil though. When you set the oil pump lines, where should the throttle position be? I set the lines equal to each other when the throttle was fully closed without any idle screw in and with the throttle linkage not attached, but now with every thing done and idle at 3000 out of the water, the lines aren't matching and it's running way rich on oil? Should they line up at the idle throttle position?

Set your idle first, then the oil pump. So, to answer your question....at idle
