Stupid front bumpers!! Ive only got one of those, first one all summer that was good.

rear grab bar is no problem.

$120 is average price on Ebay I'll say. I paid $75 with a full set of OEM rings on my 96 build and this one (my 95 build) I spent $60. I'd only pay $120 if I was desperate. I would hold out for as long as you possibly can. There are no good deals on OEM gasket sets right now. Last kit I bought was for a 787 RFI engine. Then I bought RAVE housing gaskets for $5 for a bag of 5--OEM.

Cleaned up inside of hull this afternoon, the last two look like either a crack or just an imperfection in the fiberglass I cant really tell it got dark on me. Is there anything to get the brown rust stains out of the bottom? Oh got the mats off too just have to fill the holes.

They only look good cause they are wet they are toasted. This ski came from Florida and its seen its fair share of salt

That's not a crack. I guess when they're glassing there is a piece of mat that they twist up and wrap around the thru hull fitting. They usually criss cross them and lay them up where the vts mount is.

Well the inside sure came out nice. Purple power or Super Clean? I don't think that spot is a crack or a problem.

2 Gall of purple power half gall of super clean, I was too lazy to get out the pressure washer so I just scrubbed and rinsed.

Am I going to have to change this prop to a different pitch

Excuse the mess in the previous picks there is two skis torn apart in my tiny shop lol. About the only major things I have left are UMI set, mats, seat cover. Kind of want to do away with the vts and go with a quick trim like on the RXX.

I thought about leaving mine on and doing the buffing and sanding then there would be a clear outline of where the new ones go...

Once Mike perfects the decals you can't screw it up on the back at least. The front is all measurements to keep them even. I have templates of all the small decals from specific points for placement.

Tracing vellum is your best friend. I just tape it on then trace the decal then pic a point or cut the contour of an opening for reference.

Yes that prop pitch is sooooo tall. You want about a 16/24 or bump those #'s up a half since you will be making am power.
What about your seat? How much do you want to pay for a UMI set up?

The umi don't have to be mint I can polish it as long as its functional. I have a rosier pipe coming as well as the Factory pipe I bought earlier I may try to trade one of those for the umi. I prob will get bitchin stichin for the seat. Hyrdoturf for the mats.

Got the rest of the hull stripped down and flipped over. Also stripped the paint off of the hood took 2 hours.

Hull isn't to bad there's a few chips in the gel coat and some deep scratches. I'll probably just fix the chips and wet sand the rest as smooth as I can before I buff it out.

That grate is sharp too it has a serious edge on it. I've got a bloody knuckle to prove it.

Any tips or tricks on getting the pto off the old crank. I have heated it and let wd-40 sit in the hole for a few days. Just snapped the grade 8 bolts holding my vise to the bench.

Yep. Remove it BEFORE you treat down the engine. I'm not kidding either. But since your crank is junk you can man handle it how ever you want. Gonna need some good heat from a red wrench.
