Thoughts anyone?

Only 9 hours old, jet is in perfect condition. It used to pull 8000 RPM out of the hole and hold it.

At its worst on the water would rev 7600 for about 3 seconds, then drop to 6200 RPM thereafter. It appeared as if supercharger was shut-off or it was loading up on fuel and would not rev out.

Now it is only 7400-7500 RPM when working good and drops to 7000 or less when doing a hard corner. Only when the jet pops up on a spin-out, does it spin up to 8000 RPM.

Check your oil to make sure it is not overfilled. Did you just have the 10 hr service done? Also check the plugs. Do only one change at a time so you know what is causing the problem if you find a fix. Otherwise, take it to the dealer, as it should be under warranty.

The oil is all the way to the top of the "full mark" on the dip-stick. Is this too much? Never heard of such a thing......other than on the forums.

By the way, it has been back twice. Changed the inter-cooler due to excess moisture in it, the first time, and changed the supercharger clutch the second.

The boat feels like it is tied to an anchor, and trying to go, but will not rev up.

Man, that really sucks. The level should be right in the middle of the full markings on the dip stick.

The inter-cooler had excess moisture in it? I am not sure I understand that as it is filled with coolant. Well, how do your RPMs look at WOT? They should be just under 8k. I know this has to be very frustrating, but please let us know what you find out.

Well - inter-cooler changed, fuel pump changed, wireless throttle changed, super-charger rebuilt, exhaust valves checked, ECM changed - Still acting radical. Problem was SOLVED upon identifying that the intake manifold sensor was reading 80 degress when should have been 20 degrees for actual air temperature.

Wow thanks for the info.. Everything under warranty right?

It's 2012 model, so my assumptions are, everything got done under warranty otherwise he could have bought another new boat to replace ( inter-cooler changed, fuel pump changed, wireless throttle changed, super-charger rebuilt, exhaust valves checked, ECM changed -)

It seems like that Is there anything left to be replaced now in this boat...

Dealer put all the original parts back in the boat. Error code on the first visit was P0127 - "Plugged Inter-cooler".

Makes sense now - the inter-cooler was not plugged, but the high intake temp on the faulty sensor on the intake manifold was telling it it was too hot to perform at full throttle.

All warranty obviously!!

Isnt that a good thing? so it didnt let you go full throttle right, thank God for warranty, that would have been expensive!
