After 3 phone calls with SBT and showing them the piston damage
they have agreed to send a new top end kit with one new piston.
All said and done Action in Bradenton worked everything out with me
regarding the ski and the work that was done. I also received a
store credit for the last job that was done by them. Action performed
the work as they should when they had faulty SBT parts to work with.
The ski has been a problem ski since it was purchased. There has been a change
of management since the first time I started working with them a year ago. The service
has changed for the better since then.

Thank you all for the help and advice.

I sincerely appreciate it.......

I would not have gotten this far without the members
of this forum.

This sounds like I am accepting an Oscar......

My ski should be 100% by next week after a few
parts I am installing myself.

Now arent you glad I told you about this web site and to come on here for anything and everything you will ever need for your ski. 90% of what I know about my ski came from this site. I bought my first ski, and got on here for a bunch of info. I had no idea what the heck I was doing.. Now look Im in the industry and loving it. This is the best no BS Seadoo site hands down.
