Matt, I do have a 95 GTX that i used for parts, no jet pump, engine, mirrors or some other misc stuff but i do have a clear title. If you come across one with no title but complete let me know. I also have that 95 XP with no title if your interested.

Looks good and solid, i went the PVC route. After this picture i added carpet to the pipes so i can slide the ski on and off.

True in theory however most of it is already "Paid In Full".

Plus the added bonus of Crab Island if salt water is in the cards Anyone that has never been to the Destin area would love it. My daughter is getting married so Oct 22nd thru Oct 30th is out for me, not that the world revolves around me. LOL

Bad DESS Post? May be worth a shot, that was my issue.

I have disconnected the wire from the temp sensor and still no change, even disconnected it from the MPEM to make sure there is not an issue with the wire itself. If it was something in the software that needed to be reset changing the MPEM would have fixed that. I will check the post tonight...

I traced the brown wire from the temp sensor and traced it back to the MPEM and unplugged it...

In the past on my other ski's i was able to check it by unplugging it, is that not the case on the 97? Would that sensor being bad stop the DESS key from registering? I figured i would just take the temp sensor from my 96 and try it but they are different, has a previous owner changed something...

Finally pulled the Skis out to get them ready for the summer. Put a brand new, fully charged battery in the 97 GTX, put the DESS key on the post and got nothing. Took the key off, hit the start button and the gauges came on. Not sure if i held the button down or pushed it a few times but it...

Not to get off track but here is my "Fun Car" 87 Monte SS, my wife's 85 Monte SS is in the background. Thats where my screen name comes from. Since i put us on the subject of toys. Not that i really needed it but I went off the deep end last weekend and picked up another money pit.

Way to scope it out ! Great job. Personally i would prefer a single cabin, i am an early bed early rise guy.
