Winterization With Compressor

For those of you that use an air compressor on the flush fitting to winterize, what size compressor is needed to properly do the job? Compressors are rated in gallons, PSI, and SCFM. My manual calls for 55 PSI but there is no mention of what SCFM rating is needed to get the job done. 6 gallon units are rated for roughly 2.5 SCFM at 90 PSI. The step up to a 5.0 SCFM at 90 PSI unit is a big price jump. Wondering what size unit is needed.

Thanks

Yes I was wondering the same thing when I winterized. I have a small volume compressor at the cabin that can only maintain 55 psi for about 30 seconds. I repeated the fill and blow process about 5 times until no water ejected from the nozzle area per the service manual. Hopefully that got the job done.
