Second Battery,Stereo,Hydroturf,Decals

I have been busy making a few changes to my Seadoo this week. I added a second deep cycle battery with a isolation switch. I installed a Sony stereo system with a stereo weather proof box under my steering wheel. Installed my Hydro turf and a week or so ago I change all the faded decals. Gave her a bath and polished her up and found some new cup holders.

We are gonna need pics of all this. Where did ya find the cup holders...the wal mart version?> ? I need some new ones.

I found some cup holders at steveston marine they are the 2 tear type exact match to the stock ones that were in there. You can find them at www.stevestonmarine.com they are $2.50 each canadian. Here are a few pics.

Once you get the cup holders out you can see were you can and can not cut out for speakers.

Looks really good. I actually like the way the radio is mounted, looks stocky. Very clean looking boat. I wish mine had the cupholders in the side rail like that, looks like it made it a lot easier.

Very nice looking! Can't wait to do mine... Stereo, speakers, amp, remote, AND turf!

What model Sony is that? Also, did you install the speakers yourself or are those stock? I have 6 to put in myself so I'm looking for some suggestions.

Sony cdx-m10 is the stereo type it came with speakers and a sony walkmen MP3 2gig player. It sounds pretty decent no distortion at farly loud level with Metalica...The speakers werent to bad to install I used a jig saw with a bi-metal blade just use a dust mask!!! I might pick up another pair for the front some day but I put a few bucks into it this week,I also bought a sunbrella bimini top last weekend from a guy on craigslist just waiting for the brace bars I ordered to get here so I can install it.

I'm rebuilding a sportster, and I know the hydro-turf made a big difference.

Looks good. Have you had it in the water yet...It looks like the stereo position might interfere with your legs, while jumping waves and bouncing around.

Had it out yesterday, I didnt have a problem at all with the stereo possition hit some big waves no problem at all.

That's a good thing...it looked a little close in the picture...you must not be real tall.
