This is a rare steering setup for your HX. With umi's becoming harder to find this is a great option to get your steering where it needs to be which is farther forward. As you can see it uses some stock hx steering parts with a billet stem, cover plate and bar base/clamps. They are freshly powerded coated and ready to bolt on. does come with new stainless hardware. $300 shipped.
