Hi All,
My first post here.
I am in the process of rebuilding my engine after a big end conrod bearing failure..
It is the first time i have rebuilt an engine and i have learnt a lot from reading the manual and online etc.
Finally the engine is on the mend again and i have just sealed the crankcase..

I will probably have a few questions as i complete this, but firstly just a simple one:

I am about to put the PTO Flywheel back on and i noticed a small line around the outside of the PTO wheel. I didn't notice this when i took it off, so i'm not sure how it lined up beforehand. I'm guessing this is a line for the timing.

But does it really matter where this line on the PTO goes when i put it back on?

I do understand how to line up the MAG Flywheel end.

Your comments would be appreciated.
Thanks
