Carb Needle Seat Stuck - HELP

I am rebuilding dual Mikuni carbs in a 99 GSX Limited today and the seat on one of the carbs will not come out. Does anyone know any tricks? Yes the retainer screw and holder are out. Just stuck.
Posting on a couple boards in case you see somewhere else.

Needle nose pliers and twist it as your are pulling.

Had it in PB blaster last night. WHat does coke/vinegar do? Eat away o-ring? Or dissolve crap?

It dissolves crap. It won't damage the oring or plastic.

Remove internal filter on the other side and push it out from the back?

Thats what I have been trying but no luck so far. Hoping after sioaking overnight in PB that I can punch it out that way.

Or will soak in vinegar.

Try grabbing it with side cutters, they grip better than needle nose.
