got the jugs back this afternoon now I need to get this crank assembled and rebuild the rotary valve shaft change bearing on counter balance

Did you get bearings for the cb yet? I just bought 2 sets of skf for the price of one. I paid $23.25 for per pair shipped, brand new.

Yes and the oil seals on the second counter balance are in good shape so I will use it so I don't have to remove the weight to change them. I just have to pick up a press to do the bearing swap

Man I don't know when I will have time to assemble this fuggin motor been working dark thirty to dark thirty

Well then your making that cheddar! It will come in handy, always does. I here you though. I've seen some nice days for riding come through and my azz is longing for a Jettrim seat!

I'm thinking about boxing up my motor and shipping it to racerxxx with a few hundos stuffed in the cylinder lol. Another 15 hour day in the books maybe I can work on it this weekend

you can box up a couple hundo's and send the cash my direction if you'd like.... keep the engine, save on shipping costs hehehe.......working all these hours, you got some to spare ;)

I have to go buy another truck one day soon to tired of dumping cash into my old beater work truck

I'll be back from Jamaica Monday. If you need to use the blaster I can meet you there any time.

96 XP800!
Keep the 2 strokes alive!

Got a super deal on the weather guard box 200 off retail price cause of a small scratch in th powder coating

Nice rig! Those weatherguard boxes are insane. Always wanted one but could never part with the coin and used ones got snapped up immediately.

The restoration looks like it's coming a long nicely. Would like to see this thing in action, perhaps a video; when it's done!
