2013 GTI SE 155 High exhaust temp warning!!

I have a 2013 Seadoo GTI SE 155 went to put it in the water starts right up fine immediately got a a high exhaust temp warning. Jet ski would not go anywhere. I took it out of the water there was water an a little oil in the hull... I vacuumed all the water out of the hull. I checked oil level, it was fine... I put it on the water hose and got no code or warnings. Ran smooth an no water entered hull. I'm I'm puzzled as to what the issue is. As last week it ran fine no issues.

Is there a blockage in the pump, where the cooling water comes in?

How do I check that?

I took theses pictures while it was on the hose running... water was shooting out at the base of the pump I believe... My other ski does not do this...
