guys im really new to this working on these machines what caused the rod to blow in the front cylinder I see its not as wet as the rear cylinder was it like this for a while or did it just happen what is it caused from I need help thanks

Broken rods can be caused by over revving, lack of lubrication/overheat weakening the rod material, or worn out rod bearings causing excessive rod fatigue.
