seadoo batt charger

if the laynard is like the key switch,is it right to think when in place its like turning on the ignition switch,and in respect activating the computor,gauges,and if left in place and not running,would discharge the batt?? also,does the seadoo carry a regulator of sorts to charge the batt yet not overcharge causing unwanted gases-fumes??
 
Yes, although after 55? sec the computer will turn off the system if the DESS is left in place. On the Limiteds if the key is left in the bilge pump turns on randomly checking for water in the hull and will wipe out a battery pretty quick.

All machines have some slow draws that will eventually drop the voltage on a battery.

Yes it charges it and has a regulator.
