And a set of oem seadoo mats. These were actually an option for the 99 xp, when I was doing the 99 spx resto racerxxx found these on ebay. The auction title showed that they were for a 99 spx, I bought them and when they got here I knew they were for a different hull style. The paper work that came with them listed 4 different models, so I assume they printed one paper for all the models they were making them for and the seller just went with the first model. Anyway it was also missing the yellow circle so we cut a circle out of black and put it on.
These also did not have the psa on them. We only buy them with psa but this was an impulse buy. Any way we used weldwood per recommendation of Minnetonka4me. It was simple. We laid the mats where they were going to go and I traced them with a pencil onto the hull. I then brushed the glue on the mats and then inside my pencil stenciled area of the hull. I let the glue tack up and then applied them. One thing i would do differently now is brush the glue on the hull first and then the mats. The mats seemed to tack up alot sooner then the hull did.

Today we played with our plotter and cut some reg numbers for this 97xp
Old and busted

New and improved

Not bad for our first set.
We still need to play with the software a bit to see what we can really do
