O.P.A.S Cylinder Support Replacement

The top half of my RH Cylinder Support on my 2010 GTI SE 130 is basically shattered. The bottom half is still intact and is holding onto the paddle itself. I need to replace the cylinder support. I assume that the mounting nuts (inside the hull) are captive - like nut-plates or something and that I don’t have to have access to the backside to install the new support. If someone with experience in the could chime in, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I went ahead and did the replacement. Riva’s O.P.A.S. Block-off kit had good instructions with a lot of pics (that answered my question). No prob with the installed hardware and an easy replacement.
