Hello and Welcome! I did all that when I got my Speedster. The Radio I purchased from eBay: Sony X-plod Marine. Speakers were new so I kept them but if you need marine speakers let me know. The bimini top was a big hassle. Looked everywhere and after maybe 6 months I found the best deal on that. A Canadian company had the best price ( I believe around $250) and it looks great-I can post some pics. You can choose color and material. Installation was really easy and they shipped it really fast.
