Multi Gauge - NO LEDS showing

Does anyone know if Im doing something wrong, or the gauges I bought dont work, I followed Dr. Hondas write up:

But nothing shows up on the LED display? the four Red lights light up, but thats it, Did I do something wrong? there was an extra plug with 2 wires I didnt connect? I just want to make sure in case I have to give this one back?

Sounds like the gauge is bad. But... when you took the plug apart to extend the wires... did you put them back in the right holes in the plug?

The extra plug is power to the next gauge.

Thanks Tony, I even connected it without the extension "before" I extended the wires and it still did the same thing... thanks

oh oh Dr. Honda, what about if my fuel baffle is bad? and it was showing empty on my other gauge?? what would the led show?

The fuel light would be on, and the gauge would show empty. AND.... if you haven't hooked up the 12v, and temp wires... they would be on too. SO... the only light that would be off is your oil light. (as long as you have oil)

thanks Tony, what would the led display say "empty" sorry, but I havent seen one in action, I called the guy I bought it from and he told me he tried it before he shipped it to me and it was working?

So I think either I did something wrong? Also, my battery light is on now?
