Looking at buying an Islandia (help me ask the right questions)

I'm looking to purchase an 01 Islandia that has had the engine replaced and has 16 hours on it currently. I have never had a jet boat, but love the Islandia's from what I can tell. What questions do I need to ask or what do I need to make sure I check out?
