3K and worth it.

I agree that it is worth that. It can be hard to find a buyer that truly understands the value and rarity of the 95 xp800. They just see a 95 ski and a 3K price tag and skip over it and look at the next one.

yup 3k. That's what it'd take for me to let mine go too. He has a perspective buyer coming from MI.
 
Ok been resisting showing the fleet, but it is winter and I am bored today.

And the Carbon Fiber Wrap, the Stainless braided hose instead of the vacuum cleaner look on the hood, Trition Gas cap. I love that finger pull on my HX, they pop up every now and then on the bay.

I had one for my HX but damn USPS broke/bent the lever enroute to the powdercoater. I'm going to use a UMI instead now, especially after they denied my insurance claim (?????).
 
I've seen that one but it was kind of a one-shot deal with the powdercoat and what not. Its cheaper and easier to put a UMI on it. It already has a complete UMI steering setup with UMI switch holder so it also completes the look.
I will say that the lay of powder coat eliminated all the vertical slop in the throttle, although it took some WD40 and working it a bit to prevent sticking.
 
you should source an XPL button block-off plate for your HX...unless you have those buttons rigged up to something.

Also has +3" billet bar extensions for extra leverage.

Nah, they don't do anything. I had thought if I ever put a RULE pump in that I could hook up a push button behind one to keep it hidden and not drill a hole in the hood. But for now, they don't bother me as this was a change from the purple to an updated look.

Yeah, you have to be real careful with powdercoat, I do my on in my shop and am very careful about pivot points (and threaded holes) and will even ream the holes with a precision reamer from the machine shop so that stuff is like butter.
 
Here is my XP that is bone stock under the seat. I know I know but at least it looks mean! :thumbsup: Also my debadged 07 RXT in Destin.

I really like the finger throttle I just got one on ebay with the same adaptor piece. did u have to change the bar or anything to put that more modern cover and pad on? I was wanting to put one similar one on my 95xp800

Ya, he masked everything properly except for where the nylon bushings rest. The PC changed that clearance just the correct amount so there is no vertical slop in the pivot shaft. It was just a wee bit tight initially but perfect now. I also see your HX has a trim gauge, are you using the OEM VTS setup? I have a cable trim on my HX but think a motorized VTS would probably be better.
