Is this an OEM starter? Comparing against rebuilding original.

I'm in need of either getting a new starter or rebuilding my original; I know most recommend rebuilding the factory starter as opposed to aftermarket junk starters but is this Nippondenso for $52 the same quality as the OEM factory?

I'm not against replacing the brushes in my original but if the one in the above link is as good as the original for only $30 more - Worth the extra money and start completely new?

Thoughts?

I think it's trick advertising
Nippondenso 228000-4560 Replacement Starter - Brand New

I think this means it a replacement starter for the Nippondenso starter, most likely made in China. Ask before you order, if it really is Nippondenso (made in Japan), it's a deal. Let us know how you come out.

I know others on here will blast me for this. But I have actually had good luck with after market starters. I have one on my GSX that is going on it 3rd year and another on one my SPX that is going on 2 years. I know this may not be the norm. They also do not get rode every weekend either. Plus they sit in my basement when not in use.

A new oem one is really not that outragous. The original ones last about 15-20 years so in my book thats a good deal.
