Tonight there is a freeze warning for my area in Florida. It's suppose to get to about 29°. Should I be concerned about damage to my Doo for one, possibly two nights? I keep it in a barn which will help against frost damage to the seat. Thoughts?

i doubt it's a concern, but you could always throw a light bulb in there, that should do the trick.

fortunately it won't get that bad down here where I am, but they expect it in the 40's at night tonight, we won't be able to go outside to even check the mail !

OHHHH, poor guy....I got the morning paper this morning at about 30 degrees F, but the sun came out and now the solar fan is working....................10:30am

Good thing we can kid around with each other :)

I'm currently digging my heated garage; however one night won't do anything...

if you are worried; the light bulb trick is the way to go.

Yeah be sure to crank it up(outside the barn of coarse) and wring it a few times just to see if you can kick some more water out of the exhaust system. Let it idle for about 30 seconds so it is just getting hard to leave your bare hand on the head or exhaust manifold. This will help dry it out in there.

:cool: I don't think you guys in Florida are going to get a lot of sympathy from the rest of us, it reminds me of the light jacket alert in Florida last year.

Wait, you can't go outside in 40° weather? LOL.

I thought about putting a light in there but I figured I'll see what others say. Usually when it gets below 30° it's late December to January. Oh well, all is good.

At one time they did not put heat in houses in Fl, just AC. Currently in SE Ga we have 48 for temp with 30+ winds, that does get chilly after awhile.

lol, well, technically you COULD go outside, maybe in a real emergency, but only for a few seconds at a time :)

no sympathy here...... We've been freezing for weeks already..... 7 degree's when I woke up this morning....

But, I have sledding season coming. That's been a winter passion of mine for nearly 20 years now.

It got to 47 at my house.. I slept with the windows open. Now its back to the upper 70's... Might go to the lake for a ride next week... But upper 70's still kind of cold for me.. anything 81 + is good.

Crap. It must br cold there. The coldest lately here is 80's and 90's. In the center of the island it goes down to 50's but rarely ever
