Dr. Honda pee hole

Yes, #37 is the pee hole connection and the one you want to relocate. The other connection #35 is a drain of the exhaust manifold, just leave it like it is.

Not to question Dr. Honda's pee hole relocation kit, but I'm curious. I guess I could ask Tony this, but why would you want to relocate the "tell-tale" line? The line is a tell tale to let you know your cooling system is working properly. If you port it into the exhast outlet at the hull, how will you know you have positive water flow?

hey snipe, its just so u can see it off to the side, sorta in front of u instead of lookin behind u, lol, go to tonys site, he has a picture of one pissin out, it mounts just above rub rail, maybe even or a little in front of bars

Hi Snipe,

I think most SeaDoo's port directly off the exhaust manifold to the tell-tale. My 96GTI went from the exhaust pipe to a Tee, where it branched off one going to the exhaust and the other line going to the tell-tale. On this ski I mounted the new tell-tale under the rub-rail just in front of the foot well. I thought it should be left as stock as possible and apparently the line from the tee provides additional cooling for the exhaust port out of the ski.

My other 2 ski's a 96XP and a 96GSX the tell tale was mounted in a similar location except they are feed directly from the port on the exhaust pipe.

Lou

Snipe I'm moving it forward so I can SEE it at all times... right now at the back of the boat down low, I can't see it unless I stand up and lean over the back.

Hi Snipe,

Like the guys already said... it's so you can keep a better eye on the pee hole. Most of the other companies have the pee hole up front. Actually, Lou asked me to make them, and I thought it was a good idea... so I did.

Here's my XP. Now I can simply look down, and see the water. AND... it's a cute squirt gun for when I get close to my buddies.

Don't you guys think that this is a private matter between Dr Honda and his Urologist?

Lou

It hurts when I use a coat hanger.:p

Thanks for the pics. I don't think anyone has put it in a boat yet.

No issues. The stock water tube is long enough to make it to where I put the hole. The plug you supplied is to large to cap off the exisiting pee hole, I guess the boats have a smaller one than the ski.

Hey Doc, Now that we covered your pee hole, got any bum issues we can talk about now. boils? hemorroids? anal itching? on second thought, nevermind, I don't think I want to know...

BJ - and you asked me about bunny ears....you're getting quite personal.......Are you sure you're not turning into Bigjudy?????.... :)

I can see the pee! IMG_20120219_165643.jpg

Also, I can put my hand in the stream and check the temp!

Nice job. I find it best after getting the ski back on the trailer to rock the ski a couple a times to get those last few drops off.
