Carbs don't match manual what are the specs?

Just bought a 94 xp and I have dual square pump carbs with the 3stud air cleaner mount. Rebuilt both carbs but cannot find the correct factory settings. Some say LS needle out 1-1.25 and HS 0 others say HS 3/8 out. All the setup for mine talks about the different dual carbs that have a common choke shaft. I have searched but the search on this site seems to get me nothing thanks for your help again.

as long as they are 38 SBN carbs... use the stock 94 xp jetting.
