Beeps when flushing engine?

The sportjet doesn't have a thermostat.

As above... the flush water comes in, above the feed. So... you have to supply enough flow to allow enough water to fall out the "Pick-up" tube... and then push into the engine. It takes VERY good volume and pressure, on a full sized garden hose.

Thanks, good to know about the thermostats. learn something new every day. Mine beeps as well but we have a well so therefore I know we don't have enough water pressure and volume.

When I use to flush my Sea Ray I could not give it enough water on a garden hose that was not 5/8 inch or larger.

Found that a 3/4 inch hose did the job fantastic.

So,,, I would speculate it is more than just a pressure thing. I would bet you are lacking volume...

That is correct. We are on a well, therefore it does not have the volume and pressure. This pump is the ticket. I am also going to try a larger diameter hose.
