2003 Utopia oil line routing

Hey guys I could use some help I have a 2003 Utopia 185 200 optimax started getting 4 beeps every two minutes and constant alarm over half throttle. Limped back to dock and when I got home could see oil in the hull after some investigation I found there’s a t fitting one hose goes to the engine mounted oil tank the other goes to the reserve tank I cannot for the life of me find the third hose anywhere to reconnect it any help would be appreciated. Thanks
