Rebuild the carbs, fuel selector valve and change out grey Tempo fuel lines or you will soon be rebuilding that engine from running lean. Check compression to make sure engine is not already damaged.

yes

is ha
PHP:
[INDENT]s 140 lbs in the 2 cylenders i think it all has to do with the new e10 gas i am going to redo the carbs this wekend and what kind off fule line should i use

1/4in black fuel line from autozone/kragen..etc. If that grey crap in inline filter, then you know it made its way thru the fuel selector along with in the carb/s...
Should pick up around 25-30 s.s. clamps, too.

for a GSXL you will need 15 ft of 5/16 in and 6 ft of 1/4 in line. Use a drill bit to connect the old line to the new line and pull it thru. Don't use a knife to cut off the old lines as it will score the nipples and leak. I used a heat gun to warm the host near the connections and they pull right off. Also heated the new lines and they push right on.

Replace all the lines except for the vent line, even those between the carbs so do this while you have the carbs off and rebuilding. Trash the OEM okeiter clamps and get the stainless steel screw hose clamps.
