ordered a roll and hand cut the mats major pita. But I can use the leftover for the hx's.

I think I'm going to give it a buff and wax before I put the mats on.

thought about doing the same but seems like a major PITA like you said. how does the cost compare to say the black friday WCSS mats? I was gonna wait till then and order two sets

Idk I'll have to look at what I paid for the roll but I didn't want logos.

I order the pre cut mats in that same color, with psa and no logos. The logo delete is an additional $10.

I hand cut the black tip Martt's for my HX. That was the last set I'll ever do that way. The savings is not work the pain and suffering.

Matt Braley should I run just the 85/88 nozzles alone or put the wedge in too?

I would start without it. 140mm wedges are so rare but it seems like a simple way to add a mph. I have one but have not tried it yet. I'd save it for when your chasing more mph and then make sure it does not mess up your handling.

I put it in since I am running hydraulic trim the rxx has one but it's a bit bigger. I have 0 degree tabs on as well and the beach house sponsons.

Only thing left is to finish up the fuel system and mount the single gauge hood. I have a hot tach for this ski but I'm not installing it until I put the spec 2 on. I'll probably put it in the hole for the info gauge for the time being since I will need a tach.

I'm looking for a house with a garage to rent, until I have some inside storage I'm not putting them on. Worst case scenario I will get a storage unit this winter.

I'd love a set of 88/85 nozzles Matt Braley

I'm hoping to splash this thing Monday or Tuesday depending on work I got tied up this week and didn't make much progress until today.

Well it was all together, primed fuel system no start. I'm hoping that I had a brain fart and put the rotary valve in backwards. That's the only thing that I can think of. I pulled the carbs and rv cover it has spark. The cup was never removed from the flywheel so other than that I'm almost at a loss. I went ahead and tore the carbs down everything looked in order there was fuel and no debris passages all clear ect. If it's not the rv I'm going to be at a loss.....

Yea raining here too. I hope you get it running and get a ride or 2 in this season. I gotta see this thing on the water! You drop a little fuel down the plug holes and see if it will pop off?

Poured a bit in the carbs it tried. I cranked it for a long time if it stops raining I'll check the rv and see where it is

New battery? I chased my ass one day trying to figure out why the XP wasn't starting. Battery was strong enough to turn it over but it wasn't firing the plugs. Replaced it and fired right up

Yeah I only fired off that hx I dropped the motor from Braley in it started on the 3rd bump of the starter. It's an agm I bought a few weeks ago. It has spark I tested that first. Getting fuel out of the return. I got pissed and pulled the carbs and rv cover just before dark.

I have the worst luck. The rv was backwards. Idk what happened with that I was on the phone when I was doing it. One of the carb bolts took all of the threads out of the hole when I removed it, so I attempted to helicoil it. I was about 3 degrees off when I drilled it out didn't notice until I tapped and installed the helicoil. So yeah fml

Still won't let me post video but I got her going. Had to borrow racers rv cover until another gets here now just need a dry day to water test. After I test break it in going to clean and buff, then put graphics on. Wish I had a nicer oem seat or seat cover for it...
