2009 RXT s Cuts out

2009 RXT-IS cuts out at about 5600 rpm engine light will come on and beep it does not have full power either have had it to dealer they reset everything but still the same Help Please

Is your fuel gauge working? I ask as if not, it can go into a limp mode to save fuel?

It would reduce RPMs and beep as it thinks it is low on fuel.

Fuel Gauge works I replaced the Oxygen Censor there was a code for it but still has no Power and cuts out at 5600rpm and engine light comes on
