If you replaced the injector and it is still buzzing, then you have either a poor connection and or a corrosion issue.
I THINK that they get a ground to activate them. If so, that would be fed by the MPEM. If it is getting a ground from the moment the DESS is installed, then either the ground wire is partially shorted to ground and or corrosion is allowing a partial ground.
I would test the input of the plugs of the other injectors and see how they read. Then test the one that is buzzing. I am betting you will find a difference.
