    checking/changing pump oil

    pull the nozzle assy off, remove the 3-bolts hold'n cone on, and let oil fall out, replacethe cone, and fill it up w/ 75/90 synthetic oil and bolt nozzle assy back on. Or "youtube" that question, theres a few videos out there.

    either way, pull the jugs, jam a shop-vac down there to clear the debris, if any, then order yourself a topend kit. Go thru the carbs, replace the grey fuel lines and hope she starts with no problems. Ebay or Craigslist, you'll find something/topend that'll work, in that ballpark price.

    you'd think you could, but, you cant, or it'll take ALOT longer than you think. Carbs may sell quik, but you'll have to wait for someones seat/s to fly off on the freeway, b4 you getta bite. The motors, if lucky, 200 buks each, whats left, a few control cables, and a computer board, that now...

    gettin frustrated

    1-1/2 on the lows, 0 on the highs. That yr/mdl of boat, they found that going to 67.5 on the pilots, worked way better, no hesitation, but that aint the problem for now.....?, did you replace the springs inside the carbs, when rebuilding them.

    Gsx 96 ( maint flashing)

    how the ski performing? Check the oil level, if all good, run it, make sure the pipe/exhaust/head aint "hot to touch", and if all good, disconnect the battery, let sit, so it loses memory, then re-hook up cables. See if that works.

    LOVE that place...only spot to rip around...but not on Sun and Mondays..gotta give the ride from Willow Beach to the Dam, to the kayak'ers. We bombed to laughlin,think 6 times this year, hit Princess Cove for launching, few runs to Willow during those weekends as well...SO, i'm down for next...

    Carb fuel inlet fitting

    if you cant/trust yourself, fixing the fitting, you can "dump" the xcellerator pumps..bend the arm to "de-activate" it, andthen get urself these jets and needle seats, unless the carbs already have these "seats", and then set the lsa/hsa to these settings.. MAIN-175 PILOT-67.5 1.5n/s...

    rave... pull the rave cap off, and actuate the bellow. Any resistance, and that ur prob. Back pressure, causing pplug ro foul...ask me how I know...:ack:
