Hello everyone, does anybody know where I might find the 90 degree fuel inlet fitting for the carb. The fitting connects a small fuel hose from the carb to the accelerator pump, the accelerator pump has the same fitting(it's the pressed in type) it was leaking due to a bent spout, tried to unbend it and it broke off.

elbow?...

If your careful, you can drill this out and put another elbow in. The Mikuni carbs work off a restrictor orifice. But, it's just on the other side of where that elbow is pressed in. So, if you can go to Lowes or a hardware store, find a piece of copper tube or elbow, you should be able to put it back in. I'd say remove all the parts to the carb and braze it..........

if you cant/trust yourself, fixing the fitting, you can "dump" the xcellerator pumps..bend the arm to "de-activate" it, andthen get urself these jets and needle seats, unless the carbs already have these "seats", and then set the lsa/hsa to these settings..

MAIN-175 PILOT-67.5 1.5n/s LOW(lsa)- 1 HIGH(hsa)- 1-1/2..use the same n/s spring in each carb.

Dude...apologize for not get'n back to you about the throttles...havn't been around past week. Will look into it today...darn paypal.
