Carpet Cleaning - Best Approach?

Fellow SeaDoo Boaters,
Getting ready to winter the boat and decided to take out the carpet, lest it retain moisture under the cover from whatever rainwater makes its way in during the season and mildew up. Now that I've got it out it would be a great time to clean it up. Does anybody have any suggestion on what type of cleaning solution might be used to bring her back to a new appearance? I had planned to just use my power washer to clean it up, but thought I would solicit suggestions first. Thanks for the advice, JT>

Well 3m makes a good cleaner if it's available there,called purple stuff.

Thanks guys, today is the day - Ida is blowing through here tomorrow and the following days aren't conducive to outdoor power washing!
