i got my hydroturf in today and the ski is all cleaned up i already drilled rivets and filled holes, now i just need to go get the contact cement today

any contact cement should work. I personally think the 3M option from the factory is the only way to go.

okay i used dap red label contact cement to lay the matt down.... i heard the ones with the 3m bottom was not very good and dont last as long that is why i went with this way but it turned out good,..

I just used some marine clear silicone, just packed it in the best i could and then i am sure with this glue and the matt that nothing is going to be going in there.

The 3M adhesive is awesome. Mine still looks brand new after 2 seasons. I havent heard many complaints about it. You can use an epoxy to fill in the holes. I have also heard some people use silicone and even some who used nothing.

well i got a good review new on it, i might order that stuff for my other ski to try it i am going to order pink hydrotruf for my wifes ski,

For a jetboat I would prob get the adhesive backed stuff too... looks like theres 50 parts to install...but for the jetskis that have water rushing over them a lot, the red can cement is the only way to go.
