What can a candoo pro do?

I was checking these out but on there website it doesnt really tell you what you are limited on doing with this tool. I know it can program keys but what other functions can this do. For $400 i think it will be a good deal for our 2 gsx's and 2 xp's. I want to make all 4 keys work on all 4 machines which a local shop dees want $25 a key per mpem so im looking at $300. So i figured for an extra $100 i should buy the candoo pro and i can program some spare keys. I just get tired of switching keys with life jackets all the time when we have a bunch of people that go out its hard to keep track which jacket had which key. I was hoping someone on here has one and could go into a little more detail on what it can do.

I don't have one (probably should) but it can do everything the BUDS system can do. PLUS... it will let you work on other BRP stuff.

We've never gotten any real reviews on it... there there have been a few members buy them, and say it was nice to have. I guess the big thing is... we've never gotten a "NEGITIVE" review. (so that says a lot in my book)

I've had mine for almost a year. (and love it)

You can do the following.
1. Program Keys
2. Change Owner Information
3. Read Hours
4. Read and clear fault codes
5. Test coils, fuel pump, fuel injectors, tops vavle etc.
5. Read all sensors in real time (while engine is running)

Theres probably a few things I'm forgetting too. A must have for the diyer' with 4tec skis/ski doo's/can am quads. There's also support for other manufacturers. But I've only used it for BRP stuff. If you've got a stable of toys or just one the tool is well worth the investment and the customer service is mint. You can save 5% if you order from this site.

If i remember....theres a version you can only do 2-3 machines....then one that allows you to do unlimited...?

Yup with the "home" version you get 4 licences. You can buy extra licenses as you buy more toys or upgrade the unit to the full jam unlocked version for around a $G. They (candoo) did a really good configuring their licensing. You can start small and upgrade to full jam without having to replace any hardware. You just give em' yer visa and then plug your unit into the interweb and voila the unit updates and your good to go!
