Seadoo's are just as any other boat when it comes to cleaning. The standard fiberglass waxes and cleaners will work just fine. In these answers to your query, your actually going to get replies that are of preference.
For myself, I use Starbrite hull cleaner, which is awesome in removing waterline marks. I also use 3M cleaner and wax for boats. On top of that, I usually use a buffer and fine compound to bring out the gel coat color. I usually use Turtle Wax when it comes to my paste products.
