1999 Sea Doo GTX not charging battery

Okay. Second verse same at the first. I've read similar previous posts...I have a Good battery. Voltmeter shows no charge to battery while running. New rectifier/regulator. Same. How do I check Stator and where is the illusive fuse located that could be blown. Thanks. Also, why don't Sea Doo shops not work on skis older than 10 years? Seems like sea doo would like to take care of their skis.

You can downloads the factory service manuals for free.
The reason is that most shop mechanics have no desire or skill to work on the 2-strokes, combine that with the fact that if they fix a 30 year old ski and it still has issues they are out money. The mechanics today just want to plug in the computer for an answer and change oil.
