I'm having trouble firing up my Sea-Doo, I have to hold the starter for upwards of 2 min to actually get it to start, wondering how I can fix that so I don't burn through starters, once it starts up and gets warm I don't have that trouble.

Pull the choke all the way out. It adds vacuum to pull fuel to the carb or carbs. Do short runs of the starter if this does not work.
