Too Good To be True??

:agree: I personally haven't dealt with SES, but the reviews have been for the most part positive.

Yep, Just finished installing a 717 that Tom at SES rebuilt for me. The engine looks and runs like new, needs to be broken in and that will wait until spring. Give him a call and deal through his website for a possible break on shipping. I found him to be extremely professional and willing to take the time to help with any of my questions. I'm going to rebuild my 787 next year and he will be the guy.

I personally would not use Seadooengines.com just because of the lousy spelling within their website. If they or their webmaster can't spell then maybe they don't know the difference between 10mm,12mm or 3/8 in., 1/2 in. size bolts and who knows what else.

Let the buyer beware as the saying goes......

Someone asked the other day about spell-check. Seadooforum has it. I use Firefox, if that makes a difference.....ask a mod.

well, to be honest, i've thought the same way SDB, but in reality, I've got a DOCTOR that works in my lab he cant spell worth a $hit, and i have to proofread all his grants and proposals, etc...
and he is BY FAR one of the most intelligent men i've ever met when it comes to restoring coral reefs, ocean acidification, bringing back sea urchins from NEAR extinction, rescuing a group of 52 stranded dolphins at once (literally holding two, one in each arm, lifting them simultaneously so they can breathe) Therefore, if the guy/company is small, and is TRYING to expand his business, but LITERALLY spends his ENTIRE day in a shop, and ALL HE KNOWS is engines, i wouldn't be too concerned when he finally gets home at 8pm after being at work for 13 hours, that he wants to edit his website and mis spells some words...
in all truthfullness, some of the BEST mechanics, be it streetbikes, cars, PWC's, etc..never even graduated high school, so after 20-30yrs of being in a garage, i wouldnt expect there spelling to be on point...

I have a tendency to agree with you. I for one are grateful for spell-check.
But he is probably paying good money to somebody to make his website.
They could at least have someone check their spelling.

I for one "AM" ......not "ARE" ...so much for grammar check.... lol...just bustin your chops!

lol, i ran a pc repair business up in sarasota...moved down here, you mention laptop, PC, computer, etc...down here, and all of them, without their teeth, are like, "huh? what? laptop? what's that?"

96- Just testing you to see if you caught it.....OK not really....grammar check...now that would be useful. It would get rid of all the "like this like that" slang
