I just want to say thankyou to all you guys that gave me a lot of helpful advice on troubleshooting my seadoo. The problem ended up being a wire had pulled out of the connector that goes into the waterproof box. The problem started i'm guessing with corrosion on starter relay, cuz when i jumped it across that day i got it home from the lake, everything worked fine again after i did it. So when i decided to take it apart to clean, and put dielectric grease on it, i'm guessing since there's not enough slack in the wires, when i pulled the box apart it pulled the red wire with the fuse on it out of the connector. Now she's back together, got 2 beeps, running fine.
