A couple years ago, a customer of mine bought a 2008 RXT with under 60 hours on it. The supercharger bearings failed at 62 hours and I had to pull his engine apart. The supercharger bearing cages are made of plastic and, over time, get brittle and fail. 3ftDeep is right about checking the slip moment, though it won't tell you if the bearings are going to fail. Be safe and rebuild it. Acourding to BRP, 2012 and later 4-tec engines require rebuilding the supercharger every 2 years or 200 hours.
