2006 RXT Running Rough

Bought this ski used, previous Owner Rebuilt SC and Engine at 160 hrs (it sat in a field for a few years). Currently has 182 hrs, all maintenance done on time by me. No issues for the past 4 years, last weekend running on the lake like normal when it started missing/running rough. It would idle fine but no acceleration. Replaced all the gas with 93 octane and changed the plugs, took it back out and idled fine out to the No-Wake Zone but as soon as I accelerated it was exactly the same. The ski is at the lake now, going to get it in 2 days to check the injectors, any other ideas? I have absolutely zero experience trouble-shooting skis. Thanks
