Hydrohoist of Tennessee.........Bad Dealer!
My recommendation is not to do business with this dealer.
Had a Hydroport 2 XL installed.......$2100
I have the GTX limited which with the weight does not want to roll off easily.
They sent extra shims to raise rollers.
However, after this adjustment it needs 3 shims and (longer stainless screws)
They were not concerned enough to ship me the needed size screws to finish the necessary install.
So they would rather see me unsatisfied with them rather than send to me the longer screws.

Hi SeaDoo Buddy,
Yes,......I keep my boat (also on a Hydrohoist lift) at a great Kentuck/Tenn. lake...... Dale Hollow.
Downside quite remote so going for replacement screws is not around the corner.
Their reply to me was that they do not stock the longer screws.
I asked could they get them and mail to me at the Marina where my S.D. is kept.
They replied No, and again this is something they do not stock.

Good News,
I called Hydrohoist Inc. asking for the necessary screws to be sent to me to complete the job, in turn I heard back from my dealer in Tenn.
and he apologized for the mishap, and will aquire the screws and send to me.
I am now satisfied with their desire to help out, bottom line.......we can all have a bad Monday.
