Seedoo calls this customer service?

[wondering]

I'm trying to get in touch with Seedoo and looked up their number on the net. It's dissapointing that they have a toll free number if you want to locate a dealer but no toll free for questions or customer service.

I also have called both numbers since yesterday morning and get a message that says, due to a high call volume we can't answer your call now, you can call back later.

Is this customer service or am I missing something or expecting too much?

they probably dont know crap anyway... i suggest you start new threads with all of your questions. get some real help from some good guys that are "professional", it's alot of help and a lot of fun!!!

I'll tell you the same thing that I tell my wife... I don't want to hear someone whine if I don't know what it's about.


You got to tell use what's wrong first before we give any sympathy.

LOL. Sorry. I'm new here and didn't know the rules. My question was on another thread and this one was just pointing out Seedoo's lack of customer service.

lol.... all good, i think for the most part we're all men here so f#*$ customer service, thread it, get an answer, try it out... eventually you'll forget about c/s... and some of these guy's here actually work on the things so they can and will give you a more accurate answer... i'm pretty neew here too, but have gotten all my q's answered in way more detail than anywhere else.... you'll like it!!!

The nice thing about this board is... you can freely write what's on your mind. You wouldn't believe how many boards are out there that will instantly edit a post.

If you don't like the way I made my post... that's cool. Just say what you feel. (as long as it doesn't get obscene) But... what I said is true.
