Or attach a clear line from the fuel pump into a small jerry can or container of gas. (you can get away with the cheap vinyl water line for this quick test. See if the line primes when the engine is cranked. Should take no more than 3-5 seconds to reach the carbs. If it doesn't reach the carbs, then you have either a pulse line issue, diaphram issue, or super clogged internal carb filter/return orifice.
If it does prime the line, you have a clogged internal carb filter/passages inside the carb. Also watch the line for "bleed back". After you stop cranking the engine, the fuel should stay in the line. If you notice it start to retreat towards the fuel container, the check valves are shot in the fuel pump.
