Thank u for replay, out of water the jet runs great and smooth the RPM can reach more than 7000RPM but in water can reach 3400 rpm only
sounds like the coolant pipes may still be clogged. Was any water coming out of them when you put it back in the last time?

Revving to 7k RPM out of water is playing with fire on the new wear ring....but I like your style.

And that carbon seal lol

You should never start a ski in less then 36in or so of water im sure your blocked up somewhere is there any alarms going off? High temp? Trying to think how they route the cooling line out your ski...However it seems to be a load related issue...Did you ride the ski obstructed? Overheat the motor?
Less than 5 mins ,,,,,yes there is an alarm of high temp

Thanks pope ,Now aftr cleaning the pipes the water flows without resistance and I did smoke test which was good all holes is working now

Yeah im willing to bet you are clogged up somewhere...When hooked up to a hose the pump isnt pushing i would check the hose that comes off the pump feed for obstructions and go from there

Is ther any chance that clogged exhust pipe ca cause the problem .?

Honestly IMO i dont see how this would affect movement...But i've never had the issue your having.....Maybe someone can give some input on this???

I would check your compression at this point and no Harbor Freight gauges.

I would also check the battery voltage with the engine out of the water at 4,000 rpm since the voltage regulators can go bad out of nowhere and cause all kinds of strange running issues.

Something is limiting your rpm in the water. Even with a bad pump/impeller you should be getting full 6,900 rpm out of the engine but the ski will not go forward like a car with a slipping clutch.

Did you replace the spark plugs and gap them properly? The first step on the road to solving running problems is always to replace the spark plugs.

12v low would point to a bad battery or voltage regulator. The RFI's are very sensitive to voltage and will actually brown out and stop sparking and the MPEM can go to sleep if the voltage gets too low.

I found some one who have the some problem but he found nothing yet

Get the battery load tested at an auto store or get a new battery. To test the rectifier rev the ski to 5500 ish RPM and then put a multimeter on the battery, it should read no more than 15 volts, if it does the rectifier needs to be replaced
