Havn't see you around here in a while. Goin' to get your boat ready for next summer?

FYI... the link didn't work, but any 12v fan will work just fine.

Fixed the link-it should be a direct replacement for a factory fit.
I've been slackin on the forums, got busy for a while but it's slower now, I can troll the SDF pwc section much more.
I got a new boat, Dr., sold my 97 Chal. and bought a 1998 Sportster 1800. Perfect mechanically but bad interior (heh heh heh). Paid 2500 for it and a really nice roll on trailer. Had to refoam a lot of the seats and recovered everything, but I am about done. Just need to do a final cleaning and it's ready to rock. I started to notice that you can get a 1800 chal. or sportster down here that either needs seat work done or an engine overhaul for about what I paid or even less, thinking about renting a spot in a warehouse and fixing them up over the winter and make a few bucks.....
How is winter treating you?

$2500 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You SUC !!!! I have a 2nd kid coming, and I think I'm going to have to get a bigger boat next summer. I'd like an Islandia, but I bought a new truck this summer, so I can't do it. BUT... an 1800 that needs some love would be perfect.

Hey... I have a line to a guy who does great upolstery work cheap. PM me if you want his name. :D

Winter so far was not a prob. It was well above freezing until 3 days ago. This morning, we had our first snow that "Stuck." There is probably 2" sitting in the grass, and I will have to do a quick shovel on the sidewalk out front.

Post up pics if the 1800 as you do the seats.

FYI... Last summer, I got a TON of complements on both my Si and my Sportster.

Hey, if you need a bigger boat they go for dirt cheap in Fl when Nov hits! There was a 98 or 99 CHallenger 1800 for $1800, needed a rebuilt motor, interior mint(near merrit island, fl). I know where there is a 98 CHal. 1800 for 2500, just needs interior. I can't believe how low they are going for, wish I had a warehouse to buy em all and fix over the winter. It might be worth lookin into buying one down here if the price is right, just watch out for salt water damage. If you see anything down here I can check it out...

Here's the before-
It's done now, but haven't gotten a chance to take after pics.
