Propulsion unit oil

When replacing the oil in the propulsion unit on my 98 GTX which oil should I use?

75w-90 syn oil, found at any auto parts store.

Another guy told me to use 75w-140? Does sound right?

i was told to use what seadooya is reccomending... by him and snipe... further more I was lookin aroung in my garage, and i found a new bottle of MAG1, that is synthetic 80w-90 just a lil heavier.... I build XJ's also for fun and this is the oil i rebuild my diff's with its super good shat heavy duty, anti foaming meets the GL-5 spec's and is best used for high wear, heat, and pressure applications... so thats what i filled mine up with... hope it works as good in the pump's as it does in my diff's!!!!
